The Bionic Ionic (ZVTK)

Zevotek is hot!  The news of the Ionic Bulb tv campaign beginning and product hype has ran this stock up pretty significantly over the past couple of weeks.  Volume yesterday was close to a half a million shares traded.  I wouldn't buy this stock now because the chance for a huge ride may be over.  They have a lot of shares outstanding and I believe there will be some profit taking.  I posted this stock a couple of weeks ago as a buy at .0021.  If you would have invested $500 in this stock you could have sold yesterday and had $3500.  Not a bad return on investment for two weeks.  This company has a great product and it could go higher but we will have to wait and see if profit takers drive it back down under a penny.  Then I will make a decision as far as recommending it. 

I only want to recommend stocks to my readers that are surefire winners.  That is what my blog is all about.  Helping you make money!

I believe American Scientific Resources is a buy again. (ASFX).  This company has the only home needle destroyer for home use that is FDA approved and they are ramping up production for the non contact Thermofocus thermometer that they sell under the Kidz Med product line (http://www.kidzmed.com/).  This thermometer has a one second infrared reading.  No need to wake a baby up!  At $40, this will be an upscale, no maintenance thermometer that people will buy.  No sticking under the tongue or armpit, or somewhere else anymore!  You can take the temperature on baby food, formula, and bath water with it as well.  ASFX is currently at .015.  It has surged to 8 cents before and will do it again.

     What's up everyone?  I hope everybody has a chance to slow down for a moment and truly enjoy "the Reason for the season".  I just wanted to touch base and see if you have been paying attention to ZVTK.  If you bought it back when I recommended it at .0021.....you're smiling.  Their call center is up and running and the tv commercials will begin on December 28th.  The stock topped .0097 today and came back down a little to finish at .0073.  What a run!  This company has a great product and I believe their success is only just beginning.

Picks Update

Merry Christmas to all.  This special season is keeping my blogging to a minimum and I do not mean to stay away so long.  Just wanted to comment on a few of my stocks that seem to have some activity. 

If you have not been keeping an eye on IDO Security (IDOI), it has been making a move the last few days.  It has signed joint marketing agreements with two security agencies (one in Israel and Switzerland) with more to come I predict.  The Mag Shoe "shoes on" weapons detection device is a must have for government agencies and airports around the world.  Remember, they just hired a former Kodak executive to help market to Latin America.

Putting A Price On Security

It's been a while since I have written.  I had a great Thanksgiving.  Hope you did.  A lot is happening in the market right now.  The Dow is holding above 10,000.  More banks are failing.  Job losses are less than they thought.  Precious metals continue to rise and the dollar remains volatile.

Amidst all the uncertaintly and volatility is why I kind of like the penny stock market.  A rising small company seems to run its own race.  It's rise and fall fluctuates on news and volume.  The Dow could be up and a micro cap stock could be down.  The Dow could be plummeting, yet your company could be climbing to new highs. 

I have highlighted a few companies that I think are on the radar for future growth.  One I have not mentioned is IDO Security.  IDO Security, Inc. engages in the design, development, and marketing of devices for the homeland security and loss prevention markets. Its products are used in security screening procedures to detect ferrous and non-ferrous metallic objects concealed on or in footwear, ankles, and feet through the use of electro-magnetic fields. The company offers MagShoe that responds to the need for conducting a personal screening of the shoes and ankle area, without the need for removing shoes. Its devices are used for the detection of metallic items during security screenings and at security checkpoints in venues, such as airports, prisons, educational institutions/schools, stadiums, commercial aviation and maritime facilities, rail transportation, shopping centers/places of entertainment, business facilities, bus and train stations, border crossings, government institutions/buildings, critical infrastructure, defense facilities, and other public locations requiring individual security screening.
