I have to give kudos to one of my trading buddies (future millionaire Frederik Ullholm) who found this stock a while back. It has came a long way since he purchased it and I jumped on the bandwagon as well. This stock is currently at .07 and has been as high as .122. They are currently in the process of becoming FDA approved for their products (they have a meeting with the FDA next week) This product is pain reliever in a patch and with all of the reporting on the negative effects of acetaminophen (Tylenol) on the body.....this may be the new high tech way to ease the pain of the future. Rumor has it that Dr. Scholls and Johnson and Johnson may be looking to swallow up this little Biotech. This company is even working on a product line for pet pain as well! (There is a market for everything.)
Upon FDA approval, where will this stock go? If a "big boy" buys the company, how much per share? All I know is that nobody likes to hurt and there is a lot of positive press about this company and it's products.

How it works
The body's natural response to soft tissue trauma is a localized inflammatory reaction. The damaged cells separate to prevent the transmission of infection. The cells leak fluid and cellular components break down while the cellular debris causes inflammation, swelling and pain. This occurs following a variety of insults such as surgery, lacerations of the skin and soft tissues, sprains and strains, (including those of the low back), repetitive stress injuries such as plantar fascitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow.
This inflammatory response, which has a physiologic protective action, in fact creates an environment in which the healing process is actually prolonged or stalled in chronic wounds.
ActiPatch Therapy uses proven medical technology to truncate the body's inflammatory response (i.e. breaks the cycle of chronic inflammation). It does this by delivering pulsed electromagnetic energy directly to the affected area and driving out the edematous fluid along with byproducts of the damaged tissue. This provides a well demonstrated and significant overall improvement in the restorative and recovery process following injury. As a result the pain associated with soft tissue injury is often substantially reduced.
In Closing
Check out their website and and read up on this company (http://www.bioelectronicscorp.com). It may be very soon that you may find yourself in the recliner with an Actipatch on your knee, tending to that reoccurring sports injury of yours.

Thank you Scott for all your good picks. In May Scott came to me with a stock tip and after reading about the company for a day or two I acted on his advice. The stock was Spongetech (SPNG.BB) and I bought 500,000 shares at $.03 and after 3 weeks the stock had reached a value of $.285 almost 1000%!!!!! I have since then started my own little Hedge Fund and loving every minute of it. Thanks again Scott for your great pick.
You were 8 years early but Bioelectronics Corp finally crossed the finish line. FDA OTC Clearance in 2/2017. UK NHS starts coverage on 4/1/2018. Multiple deals in the works for distribution, US retail shelves, and licensing.
